Though we are sad that we didn’t met your expectation, we’re happy to assist you with your return. Before initiating your return, here are some FAQs on our return policy.

1. What is the return period?

30 days - We’ll provide a refund within the 30 days of the date that you received your Hathorway item.



2. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

Yes, all customers are responsible for the shipping of your return. Please send us your tracking information, because Hathorway will not be responsible for lost returns.



3. When will I receive my refund?

A full refund will be provided to your original method of payment after we have received and inspected your returned Hathorway item. Please contact us back after sending the package with your tracking information to keep us informed. After inspection, we’ll process the refund, which could take at most up to 7 business days for your bank to reflect the refund on your statement. If it’s beyond the 7 days, we recommend that you contact your credit card provider.



4. Will I be refunded for my express shipping cost?

No, any express shipping costs like USPS First Class (2 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (1 business day) will not be refunded upon your return.



5. May I return my Hathorway Jewelry & Accessories without contacting you?

No, because we need to confirm your order number. Follow the steps below to initiate your returns and we’ll help you from there.



6. How do I initiate my return?

Email us at info@hathorway.com to initiate your return. In your email, please include: (1) “[your order number] | Return” as your subject line, (2) your full name (3) your reason for return. And we will assist you from there.
