You can return your Hathorway item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. This excludes shipping.
2. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please provide us with your tracking information, as Hathorway is not responsible for lost returns.
3. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Processing may take up to 7 business days for your bank to reflect the refund on your statement. If it takes longer, please contact your credit card provider.
4. Will I be refunded for my express shipping cost?
No, expedited shipping fees (e.g., USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail) are non-refundable.
