Because all Hathorway jewelry and accessories are handmade using hand-selected natural materials of stones, horns, wood and pearls, all purchased items are final sales. Prior to placing your orders, please read our policies and product descriptions. Refunds will not be issued for failure to read descriptions and policies. Should you have any questions, please contact us and we will get back to you shortly. 

Stolen/Lost Packages

Hathorway is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered in your package tracking, then it was scanned and delivered by your postman. If you did not receive your package, your item(s) was most likely stolen. We suggest that you file a police report and a claim with USPS.   Once completed, you can get compensated through your credit card company or home owner’s/renter’s insurance.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Hathorway will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. However, we can accommodate corrections if it is communicated as soon as possible, before we ship out your item(s). Otherwise, the orders can only be re-shipped once the original item is returned to us, and the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping fees.
