All of our items are shipped, insured and with tracking via USPS. To track your order:

  1. Open your confirmation email that says your order is on the way
  2. In that email, tap on the "View your order" button. 
  3. You will be taking to your specific order page on Hathorway.com. Below you will see updates and the tracking number.
  4. You can tap on the tracking number, to see specific transit history.
  5. Or you can request to receive tracking updates via text under the Order update section.

If you haven't received your package in the timeframe that you were expecting, you will need to contact the courier to investigate the issue. Learn more on section 4 of the Shipping Policy page.
