1. Always free shipping for domestic purchases over $100

Shipping is on us when you purchase over $100. Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days and will be shipped via USPS First Class Domestic Shipping. You can always upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express (Overnight guaranteed) upon checkout.



2. Domestic Shipping

For domestic orders (within the United States), we process your order within 3-5 business days and ship your items via USPS. Compare all shipping options; we offer the following options:

USPS First Class Package 

Ships 2-3 business days

USPS Priority Mail 

Ships 1-3 business days; Includes insurance up to $100

USPS Priority Mail Express 

Overnight guaranteed; Includes insurance up to $100

 



3. International Shipping and Taxes & Duties

International orders (outside of the United States) will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Orders usually arrive within 2 weeks, however, this can vary based on the country and time spent in customs. We offer the following shipping options:

USPS First Class Package

Ships 6-10 business days

USPS Priority Mail 

Ships 6-10 business days; Includes insurance up to $200

USPS Priority Mail Express 

Ships 3-5 business days; Includes insurance up to $200



Any inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees charged which your local customs authority deems appropriate are not the responsibility of Hathorway, and must be paid by the purchasing party. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Hathorway, and thus cannot be refunded.

As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.



4. My item said it was delivered but I haven't received it

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact courier to investigate this issue. Through the courier, you can submit a search request, request a refund (if you have selected Priority Mail Express® as your shipping option), or file a claim.

When you submit a search request, please provide the following information:

Sender mailing address
50 Woodside Plaza Suite #430, Redwood City, CA 94061
Recipient mailing address The address you used for your order
Size and type of container If you purchased 1-2 items, it will be packed in a white-colored 6" x 4.5" x 2" box.
Identifying information such as your USPS Tracking number(s), the mailing date from your mailing receipt Use the information that was provided in your tracking email.

Hathorway cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.



5. I accidentally used an incorrect shipping address 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@hathorway.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. 

The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.

If it was marked delivered, it will be completely out of our control to retrieve the item back and a refund will not be provided.

If you upgraded your shipping option and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.



6. I like to ship my item as a gift

If your purchase is a gift and you like to include a short hand written note, please add your note in the "Special Instructions" field at checkout. Our hand written note are written on beautiful wild seed paper that could be planted, rather than disposed.
